Drive with
YOUR SUV CLUB.

For twelve years our name has meant one thing to the people we drive: the careful, exactly-timed, entirely discreet arrival. We are growing our roster of professional chauffeurs — and we're selective. If you carry yourself with quiet precision and treat discretion as a craft, we'd like to hear from you.

01
Why drive with us

A different
kind of seat.

I · The clientele

People worth the care.

Diplomats, executives, and private principals who value composure and discretion — and notice when they're in good hands.

II · The standard

A professional house.

A meticulously maintained luxury fleet, a small vetted roster, and a culture where doing it right — every trip — is the whole point.

III · The arrangement

Built around you.

Full-time, part-time, on-call, and owner-operator paths. Fair, transparent pay and steady, professional work.

Open roles

Three ways
to join.

Executive & secure

Executive & Armored-Vehicle Chauffeur

This is a senior driving and ground-transportation position. You will chauffeur discerning clients — executives, diplomats, and private principals — in our luxury fleet, including assignments in our armored Mercedes-Maybach. The work demands precision, composure, and absolute discretion, every trip.

Important — please read. This is a professional driving and transport role only. It is not a security, protection, bodyguard, or executive-protection (EP) position. YOUR SUV CLUB provides ground transportation and, where a client engages their own protection detail, our chauffeurs coordinate with that detail — they do not perform armed or unarmed guarding, close protection, or any licensed security-services function. Candidates with security, government, or diplomatic backgrounds are welcome, but the position itself is driving.

What you'll do

  • Provide punctual, polished door-to-door chauffeur service across the DMV and the DC–NY corridor.
  • Operate luxury and armored vehicles with care; keep them immaculate and ready.
  • Anticipate the client's needs and protect their privacy at all times.
  • Coordinate timing, routing, and arrivals with dispatch and, when present, client security.

What we require

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Eligibility to hold or promptly obtain the for-hire / passenger-carrier licensing required in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Strong knowledge of DMV roads, Embassy Row, area airports, and the New York corridor.
  • Professional appearance; fluent English; comfort with smartphone dispatch/navigation.
  • Willingness to sign a non-disclosure agreement; flexibility for early mornings, evenings, and on-call work.

Strongly preferred

  • Prior executive, diplomatic, or protective-driving experience; or a government, military, or law-enforcement transport background.
  • Formal defensive / protective-driving training; experience operating armored vehicles; additional languages.

Compensation: $28.00–$35.00 per hour · [ full-time / part-time / on-call ]. Range stated in accordance with Maryland wage-transparency requirements.

Premium hospitality

Professional Chauffeur (For-Hire Licensed)

This is a premium-hospitality chauffeur position. You will drive executives, diplomats, and private clients in our luxury SUV fleet across the DMV and the DC–NY corridor. The work is equal parts driving and hospitality: you are the first impression and the last, and you make the entire experience feel effortless.

A note on standard. This is not ride-share or point-to-point volume work. Our clients expect a polished, anticipatory, genuinely discreet experience — and our chauffeurs deliver it on every trip.

What you'll do

  • Provide punctual, immaculate door-to-door chauffeur service across the DMV and the corridor.
  • Anticipate client needs — luggage, route, timing, the small courtesies — without being asked.
  • Represent the brand with professional appearance, warmth, and absolute discretion.
  • Serve recurring embassy and corporate accounts with consistency and confidentiality.

What we require

  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Hold, or be able to promptly obtain, the for-hire / passenger-carrier licensing required in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a thorough background check.
  • Deep working knowledge of the DMV — Embassy Row, airports, major hotels, downtown, and the corridor.
  • Professional appearance; fluent English; comfort with smartphone dispatch; willingness to sign an NDA; schedule flexibility.

Strongly preferred

  • Prior limousine, luxury-hotel, or premium car-service chauffeuring; a hospitality background; corporate or diplomatic account experience; additional languages.

Compensation: $28.00–$35.00 per hour · [ full-time / part-time / on-call ]. Range stated in accordance with Maryland wage-transparency requirements.

Group & Sprinter

Chauffeur — CDL (Luxury Sprinter & Group Transport)

The same standard of service — at the wheel of a larger vehicle. We are looking for a licensed CDL chauffeur to operate our luxury Sprinter and group vehicles for delegations, corporate groups, and private parties who expect more space without giving up an ounce of polish.

Important — please read. This is a chauffeur role in a luxury fleet — not a motorcoach, shuttle, or delivery position. We are looking for the same composure, presentation, and discretion behind a larger vehicle that we expect in every car we run.

What you'll do

  • Operate our luxury Sprinter and larger group vehicles for delegations, corporate teams, and private groups.
  • Deliver punctual, immaculate, hospitality-led service throughout.
  • Keep the vehicle pristine and trip-ready; coordinate routing and arrivals with dispatch.

What we require (regulatory — non-negotiable)

  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B or C, with a current Passenger (P) Endorsement.
  • Valid DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card).
  • Clean driving and DOT record; participation in the applicable DOT / FMCSA drug-and-alcohol testing program.
  • For-hire / passenger-carrier licensing as required in DC, Maryland, and Virginia (held or promptly obtainable).
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to pass a thorough background check.

Also required

  • Strong knowledge of DMV roads, airports, and the corridor; professional appearance; fluent English; willingness to sign an NDA; schedule flexibility.

Strongly preferred

  • Prior luxury group transport, executive shuttles, or premium hospitality; a chauffeur's mindset; additional languages.

Compensation: $28.00–$35.00 per hour · [ full-time / part-time / on-call ]. Range stated in accordance with Maryland wage-transparency requirements.
