The desk is for clients we already move. If you are new to YOUR SUV CLUB, start with a request and we will take it from there — the coordination works best once we already know how you travel.
ii. Do you book the flights and hotels yourselves? +
No. Vetted, licensed providers deliver the booking. We manage the timing, the standard, and the single thread of communication. YOUR SUV CLUB does not sell travel and does not act as a seller of travel.
iii. How is the concierge billed? +
A simple coordination fee for the hours we put in, quoted before we begin. The providers bill you directly for their own services, so you always see what you are paying us and what you are paying them.
iv. What kind of requests does the desk handle? +
