These terms govern inquiries, bookings, and trips arranged with YOUR SUV CLUB. By requesting or using our service you agree to them.
YOUR SUV CLUB is a chauffeured ground-transport service founded in 2014, based in Maryland, in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We operate across the Washington, DC and New York metropolitan areas and the corridor between them.
All service is provided by arrangement and is subject to availability and to all applicable licensing, permitting, and regulatory authority. Not all services are available in all jurisdictions. Where a service, route, or airport requires a license or permit that we do not yet hold, that service is not offered until the required authority is in place. Descriptions on this website are for general information and do not constitute an offer to provide a service we are not authorized to provide.
Submitting an inquiry or quote request does not create a booking. A trip is confirmed only when we have acknowledged it in writing and provided the details and price. Quotes are valid for the period stated and may be revised if trip details change.
Changes and cancellations are accommodated where possible. The cancellation terms applicable to a given booking will be stated at the time of confirmation. Trips materially altered after confirmation may be re-quoted.
We plan for punctuality and build in buffers, but we do not guarantee arrival or travel times. Traffic, weather, road and security closures, mechanical issues, and other events beyond our reasonable control may affect a trip. We are not liable for losses arising from such delays, including missed flights, trains, meetings, or events.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to provide accurate trip information, to ensure the passenger count does not exceed the vehicle's capacity, and that passengers will conduct themselves lawfully and safely. We may decline or end a trip where safety, legality, or the chauffeur's reasonable judgment requires it.
We provide chauffeured transportation. We do not provide, and these terms do not constitute an offer of, executive-protection, security-guard, or personal-protection services. Where a client engages a separate protection detail, we coordinate with it; we do not replace it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these terms; the version posted here governs. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
