YOUR SUV CLUB is a chauffeured ground transport service founded in 2014, operating in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, the New York metropolitan area, and the corridor between them. The business is based in the United States.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or use our service, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your company or organization (if you choose to provide one)
  • Trip details: dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, special requests
  • Payment information (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details)
  • Communications you send to us

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry with a quote and confirmation
  • Operate the trip itself: dispatch the vehicle, brief the chauffeur, contact you with updates
  • Issue invoices and process payments
  • Maintain a record of your account if you become a recurring client
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked us to.

Who we share it with

Limited and necessary parties only:

  • Our chauffeurs and dispatchers, on a need-to-know basis to operate the trip
  • Our payment processor, to process invoices
  • Our SMS provider, to send confirmation messages
  • Authorities, only if legally compelled by valid process

Retention

We retain trip records and contact details for as long as you remain an active client, plus the period required by U.S. tax and business-records laws. If you have not used our service in three years and request deletion, we will delete records that are not required to be retained.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Email info@yoursuvclub.com with the subject line "Privacy request."

Cookies & analytics

This website uses minimal first-party cookies for session functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics service to understand site traffic in aggregate. No personally identifying information is sold or shared with advertisers.
