Who we are

YOUR SUV CLUB is a chauffeured ground transport service founded in 2014, based in Maryland, in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. We operate in the Washington, DC and New York metropolitan areas and the corridor between them.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or use our service, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Your company or organization (if you choose to provide one)
• Trip details: dates, times, pickup and drop-off locations, passenger count, special requests
• Payment information (handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card details)
• Communications you send to us

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry with a quote and confirmation
• Operate the trip itself: dispatch the vehicle, brief the chauffeur, contact you with updates
• Issue invoices and process payments
• Maintain a record of your account if you become a recurring client
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketing partners. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked us to.

Who we share it with

Limited and necessary parties only:

• Our chauffeurs and dispatchers, on a need-to-know basis to operate the trip
• Our payment processor, to process invoices
• Our SMS provider, to send confirmation messages
• Authorities, only if legally compelled by valid process

Retention

We retain trip records and contact details for as long as you remain an active client, plus the period required by U.S. tax and business-records laws. If you have not used our service in three years and request deletion, we will delete records that are not required to be retained.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you. Email info@yoursuvclub.com with the subject line "Privacy request."

Cookies & analytics

Until you make a choice on our cookie banner, this website sets no analytics cookies. If you select Accept, we load two analytics tools: Google Analytics, which measures site traffic, and Microsoft Clarity, which records how our pages are used (clicks, scrolling and the pages visited) so we can find and fix what is confusing. Anything you type into a form is masked in your browser and never sent to Clarity. We instruct both tools not to use advertising storage. If you select Decline, neither tool is loaded. Your choice is remembered on your device; to change it, clear this site’s stored data in your browser. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. No personally identifying information is sold or shared with advertisers.

If you reach us through one of our Google ads, the link carries a click reference and the name of the ad. We keep it in your browser tab only (it is gone when the tab closes) and attach it to a quote request if you send one, so we know which ad brought you. If that request becomes a booking, we may report the click reference and the booking value back to Google Ads to measure our advertising. We never send your name, email or phone number to Google.
