Whatever the size of the event, you work with one named Event Coordination Lead — not a call centre and a different driver each time. They plan the manifest, the running order, and the vehicle mix with you, then own the execution end to end. Event logistics should subtract a worry, not add one.

The standard YOUR SUV CLUB fleet is the Cadillac Escalade and the Mercedes Sprinter, with the armored Mercedes-Maybach by arrangement. Minibuses and motorcoaches are sourced by arrangement for larger group movement.

How far in advance should we book event transportation?

Earlier is better for multi-vehicle event logistics, especially during peak DC seasons — send us the details as soon as you have a rough headcount, venues, and dates, and we will build a proposal. We also take shorter-notice event shuttle service requests when the fleet allows. Pricing is bespoke and quote-only; request a proposal and our team responds within two business hours.

Can you handle multi-day events and consolidated billing?

Yes. Multi-day conferences, delegations, and wedding weekends run as one program under a single Event Coordination Lead, with the movement plan carried across every day. Billing is consolidated into one invoice for the whole event, followed by a post-event summary — not a separate charge for each car or each day.

What happens if a vehicle has a problem during the event?

Contingency is built into the plan, not improvised on the day. For multi-vehicle events we hold backup vehicles on standby and keep on-site dispatch coordinating in real time, so if a vehicle has a problem another moves into its place and the running order holds. Route and contingency planning is part of how the Event Coordination Lead prepares every program.

Do you offer accessible vehicles?

Accessible vehicle options are available by arrangement. Tell us the requirements when you send the event details — including any wheelchair-accessible needs — and we will arrange suitable vehicles where available and confirm them in the proposal.

How do you protect confidentiality and VIP security at events?

Chauffeurs are vetted and background-checked, NDAs are available on request, and movements can be planned around discreet VIP entrances and separate drop-off points. Where a principal travels with their own security detail, we coordinate directly with it, and an armored Mercedes-Maybach is available by arrangement where a principal faces elevated risk.
