Preamble
What we keep to ourselves.
These twelve articles describe how we work. They are not contractual; they are constitutional — what we keep to ourselves so that we may keep to you. They were first set down in MMXIV, the year of our founding, in a single page handed to our second chauffeur. They have been revised twice since, and in this edition for the third time. The substance has not changed.
A chauffeur service is, in the end, a thousand small disciplines. The car is the easy part. The standard is everything else. What follows is the standard.
⁃
I
On arrival.
The car is there before you are. If we are not, we are wrong. The chauffeur stands by the rear passenger door; the engine is on; the climate is the climate you asked for the last time you rode with us. Arrival is the work. The drive is the rest.
II
On the vehicle.
Detailed before every assignment. The interior is the chauffeur's responsibility — not a vendor's. The exterior is a question of pride. Late-model. Quiet at speed. Comfortable for the fourth hour, not only the first. Replaced before they age.
III
On the chauffeur.
You should not need to learn his name on the day of the ride. You should not need to repeat your preferences. He should learn both before you arrive. He drives. He waits. He greets your guests with the same courtesy he gives you. He does not ask after your meeting.
IV
On discretion.
What happens in the vehicle does not leave the vehicle. We are not the source of news. The car has no opinions. The principal and his people travel without surveillance from the driver's seat — without overheard reports, recorded routes, or anecdotes carried out of the day. Discretion runs in both directions; we are quiet about you, and we expect to be quiet about ourselves.
V
On protocol.
For protocol clients, the wheels move when the protocol office says so. Not before. Not after. We coordinate with your CDM, your RSO, your security detail. We do not improvise around them. If our chauffeur is asked to wait, he waits.
VI
On the route.
We hold the timing. You read the brief. If we re-route, you should not notice; if we cannot, you should learn it from us before you learn it from the window. The chauffeur knows which exits move at what hour. The GPS is a second opinion.

House motto · since MMXIV
The car is the easy part.
The standard is everything else.
VII
On the principal's people.
The principal's family travels to our standard. The principal's guests travel to our standard. The principal's staff travels to our standard. The chauffeur does not distinguish among them by attention; the only thing that varies is the route.
VIII
On the late evening.
The car waits. It does not return. If you said eleven and it is now one, we are still parked — with the engine off, the climate held, the driver awake. We bill in fifteen-minute increments past the booked hour. We do not bill for the patience itself.
IX
On the unusual request.
Most of luxury comes through quiet flexibility. We do not have a menu of services. We have a team. A child's carseat at midnight. An interpreter to ride along. A drop at three hotels in two cities. A delegation rejoining mid-route. The answer is almost always yes; the work is in arranging it without your involvement.
X
On the invoice.
The invoice arrives once. It is itemized. It is sent to the right person, by name — not to a shared inbox, unless that is what the account requested. NET-30 on approved standing accounts. We do not chase. We do not surcharge unannounced. The figure on the confirmation is the figure on the bill.
XI
On the standing engagement.
Same chauffeur, where possible. Same vehicle, where possible. Same preferences, every time. Continuity is the second most-asked-for quality at this level of service; it is also the most underdelivered. We protect it.
XII
On the things we do not do.
We do not advertise armored capability on the cars. We do not announce our clients. We do not publish prices. We do not run loyalty programs, instant booking, surge pricing, gift cards on the homepage, or live chat. We do not ask twice. What is on this page is the entire promise; what is not on this page is, by exclusion, not the work.

This Standard is reviewed quarterly. If you have read this far, you are likely the kind of client we have been quietly waiting to meet.
