i. How does booking work? +

You send us the trip details. Within two business hours, our team replies with confirmation, the assigned chauffeur, and an invoice. We do not run live booking — every ride is reviewed by a human.

ii. Do you publish prices? +

No. Each quote is custom — based on vehicle, hours, route, and circumstance. We send the figure with the confirmation.

iii. Where do you operate? +

Washington (DC, Maryland, Virginia), the New York metro, and the corridor between them. Out-of-area arrangements are made by request.

iv. Do you handle airport pickups? +

Yes — within Hourly Chauffeur or Corridor Transit. Reagan, Dulles, BWI, JFK, LGA, and Newark are all part of our regular operating area.

v. Do you offer armored vehicles? +

Yes. Armored vehicles for principals who require them. Discuss with our team.

vi. How are invoices handled? +

Per ride, or monthly for accounts with regular activity. NET-30 terms available on approval.
